Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR/Admin Office Assistant to join our team in the cement industry. This role involves maintaining accurate business files, managing office processes, and ensuring effective communication within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

- Update and store business files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

- Dispatch documents to appropriate departments.

- Handle office processes, including filing, mail handling, and directing phone calls.

- Utilize computer software for word processing, spreadsheets, database management, and basic accounting.

- Perform data entry, take minutes, and handle correspondence.

- Communicate effectively with employees, customers, and business contacts.

- Organize and multitask to manage clerical and administrative duties.

- Maintain integrity and discretion with sensitive information.

- Sort and respond to mail or direct it to the appropriate employees.

- Manage telephone calls and emails, redirecting as necessary.

- Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.


Requirements:

- WAEC qualification.

- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
