General Requirements

All applicants must:

Be Nigerian citizens by birth or descent.

Possess relevant educational qualifications for the desired position.

Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme or provide an exemption/discharge certificate.

Be medically fit and of good character.

Have a valid practicing license (for medical and health-related fields).

Submit credible academic and professional documents.

Specific Requirements (Selected Roles)

1. Consultants

Applicants must possess a Fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria or the West African Postgraduate Medical College. Candidates must also have a current practicing license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) and NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.


2. Resident Doctors

Applicants must have:

MBBS or equivalent medical degree from an accredited institution.

Evidence of passing the primary examination of the National or West African Postgraduate Medical College.

Full registration and current practicing license with MDCN.

NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.

3. Senior Nursing Officer / Nursing Officer II

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science or RN/RM certificates.

Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).

NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.

4. Pharmacist

B.Pharm or Pharm.D degree, registered with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).

NYSC discharge/exemption certificate.

At least one year post-registration experience.

5. Administrative & ICT Roles

  • Relevant degrees or OND/HND in Secretarial Studies, ICT, Economics, or related fields.

Knowledge of MS Office tools and administrative procedures.
