About the Role:

CCEP Enterprises is seeking an experienced Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executives. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support including managing schedules, arranging travel, and handling communications.

- Screen and route incoming calls and messages professionally.

- Compose and proofread documents such as letters, reports, and presentations.

- Transcribe meetings and dictation with a minimum typing speed of 100 words per minute.

- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.

- Manage office supplies and equipment, preparing presentations and meeting materials.

- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.


Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree is a plus.

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.

- Exceptional typing and shorthand skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to adapt to new technologies and maintain a high level of accuracy.

- Professional and discreet demeanor.
